Contact Form

When you use the contact form, the data you enter is transmitted solely by email to the controller's mailbox. No data is stored on the web server — neither a database nor a log file is created.

Data processed: Name, email address, message content, time of submission
Purpose: Processing and responding to your enquiry
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries)
Retention period: The message remains in the email mailbox for as long as necessary to process it and is deleted afterwards. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Recipients: No disclosure to third parties. Transmission takes place via the mail server of the hosting provider (see Hosting section).

Providing this data is voluntary. However, without a name, email address and message, the enquiry cannot be processed.

Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 35, 4020 Linz, Austria. The provider processes data as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR on servers located within the European Union.

When the website is accessed, the web server automatically records data in so-called log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.

External Services

GitHub

On the product pages for Msistudio and the ADT Suite, current version and project information is retrieved directly from GitHub. This establishes a connection to servers operated by GitHub Inc. (a Microsoft Corporation company), which means your IP address is transmitted to GitHub. Transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing accurate and up-to-date version information. GitHub's privacy statement is available at docs.github.com.

Downloads

The software downloads offered are provided via GitHub Releases. When you click a download link, you leave this website and GitHub's privacy terms apply.

Link to LinkedIn

The website contains a plain text link to a LinkedIn profile. No social media plugins are embedded — data is transmitted to LinkedIn only if you actively click the link.

No Cookies, No Tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media plugins. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place.

Fonts used are served locally from our own server. No connections to external font services are established for this purpose.
